Al-Qassam Brigades issued a statement confirming reports of a confrontation between its fighters and Israeli Occupation Forces in the Tulkarm camp.

According to the statement, Al-Qassam fighters detected the presence of a specialized Israeli unit that had infiltrated the camp early on Thursday morning. A well-executed ambush followed, leading to a confrontation between the fighters and the occupation forces.

The Palestinian fighters confronted the Israeli soldiers at point blank and managed to inflict substantial injuries, forcing them to withdraw from the camp.

Settlers raid Al-Aqsa Mosque and IOF kills two young men in Shufa

In a parallel development in occupied Al-Quds, Israeli settlers reportedly stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday morning, under the protection of heightened security measures, as they sought to perform Talmudic rituals within the sacred compound in what was seen as a provocation by the locals, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.

Meanwhile, in the village of Shufa, near Tulkarm, Israeli forces opened fire on a vehicle carrying two Palestinian youths who were later confirmed to be martyred by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Al Mayadeen reported.

Disturbing footage circulating on social media shows Israeli soldiers near an injured individual lying on the ground, believed to be one of the Palestinian youths. Witnesses claimed that the youths were subjected to over 50 bullets fired during the incident.
