The Palestinian Resistance continued to confront Israeli occupation forces on Friday, amid a court decision issued by the International Court of Justice, ordering "Israel" to cease its aggression on Rafah.

Despite the decision, the Israeli occupation intensified its bombardment of the southernmost city, as Resistance fighters from Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's (PIJ) al-Quds Brigades worked on engaging enemy forces on several fronts.

Al-Qassam fighters targeted a total of 10 Israeli tanks and three military-grade D9 bulldozers on Friday.

Operations in the northern Gaza Strip

In detail, the Brigades' Military Media Unit announced that fighters launched two locally-produced al-Yassin tandem rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) at two Israeli Merkava 4 tanks in al-Aaramjah Street in the Jabalia refugee camp.

In al-Qasasib neighborhood in northern Jabalia, al-Qassam sapper units destroyed an Israeli Merkava 4 tank after detonating a locally-produced explosively formed penetrator (EFP), Shawaz, which was aimed at it.

Nearby, the group detonated a booby-trapped tunnel entrance after luring an Israeli force to the ambush point. After the detonation of anti-personnel charges planted in the area, al-Qassam fighters engaged the rest of the force, killing and injuring several Israeli troops.

Al-Qassam snipers were also active on Friday, as a team shot down an Israeli soldier positioned in a house in northern Jabalia.

Finally, the Military Media Unit said that fighters targeted yet another Israeli Merkava 4 tank in the northern part of the Jabalia refugee camp with a Shawaz charge.

Further north, in Beit Lahia, al-Qassam fighters took out two Israeli soldiers advancing toward the town.

The Brigades' fighters also targeted two Israeli Merkava 4 tanks and a D9 military-grade bulldozer, in another ambush, targeting an Israeli armored force. Fighters utilized imported tandem RPGs, as well as locally produced al-Yassin RPGs and a Shawaz charge to target the Israeli force from point-blank range.

Operations in Rafah

In the southernmost city of the Gaza Strip, al-Qassam fighters targeted three Israeli tanks utilizing locally produced al-Yassin RPGs and Shawaz charges.

The Brigades' fighters also targeted an Israeli D9 bulldozer and a Merkava tank with an al-Yassin RPG and an imported tandem RPG on the Salah al-Din Gate.

The Salah al-Din Gate is located on the Palestinian-Egyptian border and is a secondary crossing used primarily for trade. It links Egypt to Gaza's main road, the Salah al-Din Street, which extends from the southernmost city of Rafah to the northernmost town of Beit Hanoun.

The Resistance also targeted an Israeli D9 bulldozer in the al-Shoka neighborhood in the city.

Al-Quds Brigades fighters launched a salvo of 107 mm rockets at soldiers and armored vehicles advancing toward the Salah al-Din Gate.
