Al-Quds Brigades mourns its martyrs, says resistance will continue
Al-Quds Brigades mourns its martyred leaders who were martyred in the Israeli attack on Gaza and affirms the continuity of resistance.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement (PIJ), mourned its martyrs who were killed on Tuesday morning during the latest Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the Al-Quds Brigades announced the martyrdom of Jihad Ghannam, the chief of the southern command of the PIJ's Al-Quds Brigades, and his wife. The Israeli occupation's air raids also targeted Islamic Jihad spokesperson Tarek Ezzedine's house, it was preliminarily reported before it was confirmed that the PIJ official had been martyred. Another martyr was the commander of the northern region of the Islamic Jihad, Commander Khalil Al-Bahtimi.
The Al-Quds Brigades' mourned the loss of its leaders and the martyrdom of their wives and a number of their children in a statement, emphasizing "that the blood of the martyrs will increase our determination; we will not abandon our posts, and resistance will continue, God willing."

The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed the martyrdom of 13 people and the injury of 20 others.
Tarek Salami, the spokesperson for the PIJ, confirmed that the occupation will pay the price for assassinating the leaders, saying that the resistance will continue.
Salami also told Al Mayadeen that assassinating the resistance leaders will not change the equations imposed by Al-Quds Brigades, and the occupation will pay the price. He emphasized that the resistance will respond to the enemy in a coordinated and unified manner in order to thwart all the plans of the occupation.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine issued a statement mourning the martyrs of the Al-Quds Brigades, affirming that the enemy will pay the price for the assassinations committed in Gaza. The Front said in its statement that "losing any of the resistance leaders due to this cowardly assassination will not break the will of our people and their resistance."
The Front's statement also noted that "the enemy chose the time to ignite this confrontation, but our people and the resistance will determine the time it ends."

Likewise, Fatah spokesperson Munir Al-Hayek said that the Israeli terrorist government committed a heinous crime in the middle of the night, devoid of any shred of humanity. In a statement, he pointed out that the occupation's government has lost its mind and is practicing murder, relying on the support of the silent but supportive international community. We mourn the righteous martyrs and affirm that we will not stop no matter the sacrifices made.
In turn, the spokesperson for Hamas, Hazem Qassem mourned the martyrdom of the resistance leaders in Gaza and warned the occupation that it will bear the consequences of its aggression.
