All threats, destroyers, warships are useless: Hezbollah official
Sheikh Nabil Qaouk has emphasized that the Resistance will not yield to Israeli pressure or American warships.
"Israel" will not be able to pressure the fronts supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza into halting their operations, a member of Hezbollah's Central Council, Sheikh Nabil Qaouk, emphasized.
Qaouk spoke at a memorial held in the Southern Suburb of Beirut, which was attended by the head of Hezbollah's Loyalty to the Resistance bloc, Member of Parliament, Mohammad Raad, and the deputy chief of Hezbollah's Executive Council, Sheikh Ali Damoush, among several other scholars and prominent figures.
The Hezbollah official said that the Resistance is growing in "strength, arms, and numbers," while the Israeli regime is getting weaker.
He said that the Resistance's response to Israeli aggression is proof that "it cannot be affected by threats, intimidation, destroyers, or aircraft carriers."
In his address, Qaouk referred to the US Navy assets placed in the eastern Mediterranean and other waterways in the region, which were meant to deter the Resistance from supporting Gaza.
On the tens of thousands of Israeli settlers evacuated from northern occupied territories, the official explained that the only way that these settlers would go back to their settlements is if the Israeli regime stops its aggression on Gaza.
The Resistance's supporting front will not be silenced, Qaouk underlined, adding that the Axis of Resistance "will remain at the vanguard of groups defending Gaza."
"The enemy is unable to escape the dilemma and the equations imposed on it daily by the Resistance," he stated.
"It has entered a path of retreat and acknowledgment of defeat, while the Resistance in Lebanon, Yemen, Palestine, and Iraq is on a path of strategic historical victory," Qaouk underscored.
"The stance of the Resistance in the region is firm, united, and confident," he said, adding that the Israeli position "is shaky, defeated, and confused."

He pointed to the fact that Israelis are protesting a flurry of decisions taken by their government, which has led to infighting. In contrast, he said that the Resistance is "capable of setting (new) equations and shaping the future of the region."
In conclusion, the official stated that despite the Israeli regime’s reliance on American naval power, along with tactics of assassinations and threats, it will ultimately fail to isolate Gaza.
Hezbollah's Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has been engaging in a wide-scale military support campaign on the Northern Front, targeting Israeli occupation forces and Israeli assets in hundreds of operations since October 8, 2023.
The Resistance in Lebanon, as well as factions in Iraq and the Yemeni Armed Forces, have each launched their own military campaign in support of Gaza.
In northern occupied territories dozens of settlements were evacuated by authorities, while others remain under the constant threat of being targeted by the Resistance, usually in response to "Israel's" aggressions on Lebanese towns.
Hezbollah's operations in the northern front have become a cause of great concern for Israeli authorities who are struggling to return settlers to their colonial outposts.
