Operating as a freelance cameraman, Sawaf suffered severe injuries during the bombing incident.
Despite the urgent need for medical assistance, he reportedly had to endure a wait for an ambulance lasting approximately half an hour, as noted by his cousin.
Unfortunately, no emergency transport vehicle arrived during this crucial period.
Sawaf was eventually conveyed to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital using a private car.
He was laid to rest in Gaza's al-Batsh cemetery alongside his relatives who also lost their lives in the same air strike.
Anadolu CEO Serdar Karagoz expressed condolences and emphasized the commitment to persist in the efforts to hold "Israel" accountable in an international court.

Earlier today, "Israel" renewed its offensive on Gaza after the week-long truce reached its expiry date.
An NSC spokesperson at the White House said that negotiators failed to renew the truce for a third time because the resistance "has so far failed to produce a list of hostages that would enable a further extension of the pause."
On Friday, the Deputy Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Mohammad al-Hindi told Al Mayadeen that the cost of male and female reserve officers differs from the current prices, noting that the resistance "will compel the occupation to engage in a major exchange deal."
On the first day of the renewed aggression, health authorities in Gaza reported that 109 civilians were martyred.
The Palestinian Government Media Office in Gaza urged Arab and Islamic countries today to introduce equipped mobile field hospitals to rescue the wounded in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
It also urged the entry of hundreds of pieces of equipment and vehicles to assist the Civil Defense in their efforts to retrieve the bodies of martyrs.
