The confrontations took place after IOF used excessive force to disperse around 300 to 400 Palestinians who had gathered for a protest march against illegal Israeli settlement expansion in the area.
IOF and Israeli border police responded to the peaceful rally with "riot dispersal means and live fire."
Earlier, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a vehicle near the Hawara checkpoint, wounding three Palestinians and detaining one.
The Israeli occupation forces arrested, at dawn on Friday, three Palestinians in Nablus.
It is also worth noting that the Israeli occupation forces shot a Palestinian youth on Thursday as Palestinians were standing up against Israeli incursions in the Jalazone refugee camp, north of Ramallah.
"Israel" killed at least 53 Palestinians since late March, mostly in the occupied West Bank, including Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, who was covering an Israeli raid in Jenin.
