Argentina, Brazil and Mexico condemn the Israeli aggression on Jenin
Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico condemn "terrorism in all its forms" and call for "avoiding the cycle of violence that leads to an increase in the number of victims."
The governments of Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico, said in a joint statement on Wednesday, that the occupation must "immediately stop hostilities in the Palestinian territories, and prevent an escalation of violence."
These governments condemned "terrorism in all its forms" and expressed, in a statement published by the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "solidarity with the families of the victims," calling for "respect for international law and international humanitarian law."
Likewise, the three governments expressed concern about "a new and large-scale Israeli aggression in the city of Jenin, in the West Bank."
The three countries urged all concerned parties "to immediately stop hostilities to avoid an escalation of violence that would lead to an increase in the number of civilian casualties, displacement of the population, and the destruction of infrastructure in Jenin."
Since the outbreak of Israeli aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp, at dawn last Monday, Arab foreign ministries and other organizations and institutions have condemned the aggression and crimes against Palestinians and called for "international accountability for the occupation."
Earlier on Tuesday, UN aid agencies said they were alarmed at the scale of the aggression against the city and camp of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, where 10 Palestinians were martyred and dozens were injured before the occupation forces withdrew from the camp.
"We are alarmed at the scale of air and ground operations that are taking place in Jenin in the occupied West Bank, and airstrikes hitting a densely populated refugee camp," Vanessa Huguenin, a spokesperson for the UN humanitarian office, told a briefing.

Touching on restrictions imposed by Israeli occupation forces, WHO Spokesperson Christian Lindmeier indicated that "first responders have been prevented from entering the (Jenin) refugee camp, including to reach persons who have been critically injured."
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Monday that the Israeli occupation forced the residents of the Jenin camp to evacuate their homes in preparation for the bombing of the camp.
Palestinian media also reported that hundreds of residents of the Jenin camp were evacuated to safe places, as the occupation's aggression continued against the camp.
Victory in Jenin
After ongoing aggression for two consecutive days, during which the resistance fighters confronted the attacks of the occupation and inflicted heavy losses on it, the occupation army withdrew from Jenin.
The Palestinian people began returning to the Jenin camp and the resistance fighters roamed the streets, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported early Wednesday.
Several Israeli media outlets reported, quoting a spokesman for the Israeli occupation forces, that "Israeli forces have begun withdrawing from Jenin."
The Israeli occupation forces began to leave the camp shortly after 9 PM on Tuesday, Israeli Channel 7 and Channel 13 reported.
"The violent clashes near Jenin Hospital forced the army to evacuate the area with air support," while the Al-Quds Brigades - Jenin Brigade confirmed that its fighters were still targeting the occupation forces and vehicles in numerous regions.
Moreover, the Palestinian military commander commented on Israeli reports regarding a partial IOF withdrawal from the vicinity of the Jenin refugee camp, saying the resistance does not take into consideration the news about the withdrawal. "We call on the resistance fighters to be cautious, not to disperse, and to follow the instructions of the leadership of the Jenin Brigade."
