Reliable sources told Al Mayadeen that Russian tanks and fuel tankers were spotted heading from the Russian border to Donbass.
Meanwhile, Reuters correspondent confirmed that one convoy included nine tanks and an infantry fighting vehicle, while the other was made up of trucks and fuel tankers.
It is worth mentioning that Ukraine declared a state of emergency on Wednesday and advised its citizens in Russia to flee, while Moscow began evacuating its Embassy in Kiev.
The Speaker of the Russian Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, announced Tuesday that the Council approved the deployment of Russian troops in Donbass.
