Earlier, a Bahraini citizen burned clothes that he bought from the Manama market after he was surprised that they were made by the Israeli occupation.
Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid arrived in Bahrain last Thursday, marking the first official visit by an Israeli minister, during which he attended the opening ceremony of "Israel's" embassy in Bahrain.
Protests took place in various regions across Bahrain, rejecting normalization with "Israel" and denouncing the appointment of the Bahraini Ambassador to the occupation entity. Bahrainis launched a campaign expressing their anger against the visit, creating hashtags such as #البحرين_ترفض_الصهاينة ( Bahrain rejects Zionists) and #بحرينيون_ضد_التطبيع and (Bahrainis against normalization).
