Battles in Khan Younis and al-Zahraa are at their peak
The Palestinian resistance persists in confronting Israeli forces invading the Gaza Strip, targeting their vehicles, mainly in the cities of Hamad in Khan Younis and Al-Zahraa in the central region.
During the ongoing confrontations with the occupation forces as part of the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood events, the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, confirmed that its fighters targeted an Israeli troop carrier using a Shawaz armor-piercing explosive device, and its vicinity with a TBG shell, in Hamad Town, located north of the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
In the same area, the al-Qassam Brigades' resistance fighters also targeted an Israeli troop carrier and a Merkava tank, using an Al-Yassin 105 anti-tank missile and Tandem shells.
In turn, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, launched missile salvos targeting the "Sderot" settlement and other settlements in the Gaza envelope area at nine o'clock. Israeli media confirmed that sirens were activated in the envelope area at that time.
Additionally, the al-Quds Brigades confirmed that their fighters targeted several Israeli military vehicles north of al-Zahraa city in the central region using anti-tank missiles. The strikes caused casualties among Israeli occupation forces, with members killed and wounded during confrontations with the resistance fighters.
The National Resistance Brigades, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, targeted a gathering of occupation army vehicles northeast of Juhor al-Dik with short-range missiles.
Earlier this week, Palestinian forces on March 10 reported targeting multiple Israeli positions stationed throughout the Gaza Strip, resulting in direct fatalities and material losses inflicted on Israeli troops.
Footage of a drone operation targeting an Israeli military outpost in the east of Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza was released earlier in the day by the Qassam Brigades. These operations demonstrated that Israeli claims of complete control or withdrawal from certain areas in the North are either inaccurate or incomplete, Resistance sources said.
The Resistance further announced that its fighters successfully eliminated an Israeli soldier using sniper fire south of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City. Meanwhile, in Jabalia camp, the Mujahideen Brigades confirmed targeting a gathering of Israeli troops using short-range missiles.
