Bombing in Belgorod, Russia: Governor
Material damages included an apartment and several cars and a set power lines, the governor revealed.
Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov announced that a bombing has occurred in the Belgorod region in Russia; however, no casualties were reported.
"Emergency in Belgorod. There was an explosion. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. A huge funnel with a radius of 20 meters has formed at the intersection of one of the central streets," Gladkov said on Telegram.
Material damages included an apartment and several cars and a set of power lines, the governor revealed.
"The mayor of the city, Valentin Demidov, the head of the regional Security Department, Evgeny Vorobyov, and all operational and emergency services are on site. All additional information will be provided later," the governor said.
Police teams are surrounding the site of the explosion creating a cordon and forbidding the entry of any resident, while emergency teams work at the site.

Back in April, an explosion rocked a cafe in St. Petersburg assassinating Vladlen Tatarsky and injuring 15 others.
An explosive device was brought to the cafe by a young woman who had a statuette in a box, meant as a gift to Tatarsky.
In August, a large explosion tore into an SUV on a highway 20 km away west of Moscow, instantly killing its driver, who was identified as political commentator Darya Dugina, a Russian political analyst.
Darya Dugina was killed in a car bombing prepared and executed by Ukraine's special services, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the next day.
