BREAKING
Sheikh Qassem: Our supporters make up more than half of Lebanon's population, and all of these people are united under the banner of protecting Lebanon, its Resistance, its people, and its integrity.
Sheikh Qassem: There will be no phased handing in of our arms. [The Israelis] must first enact the agreement before we start talking about a defensive strategy.
Sheikh Qassem: Be brave in the face of foreign pressures, and we will be by your side in this stance.
Sheikh Qassem: Stripping us of our arms is like stripping us of our very soul, and this will prompt us to show them our might.
Sheikh Qassem: We will not abandon our arms, for they gave us dignity; we will not abandon our arms, for they protect us against our enemy.
Sheikh Qassem: The US efforts we are seeing are aimed at sabotaging Lebanon and constitute a call for sedition.
Sheikh Qassem: If you truly want to establish sovereignty and work for Lebanon’s interests, then stop the aggression.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States, which is meddling in Lebanon, is not trustworthy but rather poses a danger to it.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States is preventing the weapons that protect the homeland.
Sheikh Qassem: The government’s latest decision [on the disarmament of the Resistance] is non-charter-based, and if the government continues down this path, it is not faithful to Lebanon’s sovereignty.

The Brazilian parliament expelled a pro-Israeli far-right congressman, Abilio Brunini after the latter voiced his support for "Israel's" actions in Gaza.

During a session discussing the Gaza situation, Brunini backed "Israel's" genocidal campaign and accused the parliament of spreading anti-Israeli sentiments.

This led to a dispute with pro-Palestinian congressmen, resulting in security officers escorting Brunini out of the legislature.

"You have to be arrested, murderer, Nazi," the parliamentarians shouted. "Get out terrorist."

The Brazilian parliament had invited several Palestinian representatives to address the session, focusing on Israeli occupation's violations against Palestinians and their human rights.

They urged Brazilian deputies to intensify pressure on the illegal entity and shed light on its actions in Gaza.

"This session represented a great achievement. It is not easy for Palestinian figures to be invited to the Brazilian Parliament. Many obstacles were placed in front of these calls, but we were able to overcome them with the support of Brazilian deputies who support our cause," Shehada told reporters.

"This session broke the silence of Brazilian activists and made their return to their principles of supporting Palestine and raising their voices against injustice, ethnic cleansing, and genocide against the Palestinians", Shehada added.

Following the session, over 60 representatives and congressmen signed a petition requesting Brazil’s President Lula Da Silva to appeal for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and to play a more active role in addressing "Israel’s" war crimes.

They further advocated for recalling the Brazilian ambassador from "Israel" and terminating all cooperation agreements with the occupying regime.

"As President Lula said nothing can justify this genocide in Gaza where people have been killed, around half of them children. Furthermore, thousands of homes have been destroyed and people suffer from illegal and inhumane restrictions on accessing water, food, energy, and the internet," the petition said.

"We urge the Brazilian government to act energetically to end this genocide … We also ask the Brazilian government to recall the Brazilian ambassador to Israel for consultation and end all military and security cooperation agreements with Israel," it added.
