Campaign to confront Israeli plot to impose leadership on Palestinians
Prominent Arab and Islamic figures launch an initiative to unify Palestinians against the Israeli agendas and to strengthen the option of Resistance in all its forms as a natural right for an occupied nation.
Over a hundred Arab and Islamic figures have issued a unity call to the leaders of the Palestinian national factions and the Palestinian people at large, offering a series of recommendations concerning the Palestinian cause amid the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza.
The statement underscored the importance of unity in confronting plots and conspiracies designed to turn the October 7 victory into defeat, particularly in terms of resisting the Israeli plan of forced displacement targeting the residents of Gaza.
The signatories to the statement also warned of the threats of a plot aimed at creating a "pliant leadership" imposed on the Palestinian people against their will.

They called for liberating the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization PLO from the heavy constraints of the Oslo Accords and for strengthening the option of resistance in all its forms, as a legitimate right for people under occupation, settlement, and racism, especially given the founded fact that the occupation only understands the language of power and force.
Furthermore, the prominent individuals emphasized the need for a technocratic government to reunify institutions in Gaza and the West Bank, expedite the delivery of humanitarian relief and assistance throughout the Strip, and initiate a swift path for the Strip's reconstruction.

The statement by Arab and Islamic figures concluded by urging Arab and Islamic countries to work toward providing a safety net for the Palestinian people, their cause, and their Resistance. It called for initiatives to recognize the Resistance factions and counteract the "demonization" and "ISIS-ification" campaigns waged by "Israel" against the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement.
The statement/initiative will be available online for endorsement by Palestinian, Jordanian, Arab, Islamic, and international figures. From these signatories, committees for follow-up and communication will emerge to explain the contents to the Palestinian national factions, representatives of brotherly states, and various concerned regional and international capitals.
Despite ongoing attempts by the United States and other allies of "Israel" to promote the idea that the Palestinian Authority should be enforced on the people of Gaza as a ruling power "following the war," Netanyahu's government expressed repeated and adamant opposition to this move. According to the Prime Minister, "Tel Aviv" must remain in control of the Strip.
US wants to enforce PA ruling on Gaza 'post-war'
In the aftermath of the October 7 operation, "Israel" blocked $140 million in Palestinian tax money for what it described as "security reasons".
A piece published by The Washington Post on Monday detailed that the US has been working to convince "Israel" to keep the Palestinian Authority's economy afloat so that it may take over control of Gaza once the war comes to an end.
However, "Israel's" extremist Finance Minister has unequivocally declared that "not one shekel" will be disbursed to the Palestinian Authority. This, in turn, affected the PA's ability to pay out salaries and other benefits, which led to a growing frustration from its governance.
According to the newspaper, reports indicate that Palestinians perceive Abbas' administration as increasingly aligning with "Israel's" interests. As a result, the popularity of Palestinian Resistance Hamas has reportedly increased, while support for Abbas has declined. Some officials in Ramallah express concerns that there might be little left to govern once the Israeli aggression in Gaza concludes.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Palestinian Authority Nabil Abu Rudeineh told the newspaper that even if the Palestinian government agreed to Washington's "day after" plan, it would not be put into action due to "Israel's" intent to undermine the Palestinian Authority.
Selling illusions to compensate for failure in Gaza
Since day one of the war on the Strip, the occupation entity's top officials publicly declared that one of the objectives was to forcefully displace its residents to other countries, most notably Jordan and Egypt.
Most recently, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that the occupation entity is in contact with countries to persuade them to agree to take in Palestinian "refugees from Gaza."
Hamas commented on Netanyahu's remarks, saying his plan to pass a "voluntary immigration" scheme for the people from the Gaza Strip is ridiculous and aims to compensate for the Israeli war failure.
"Netanyahu is trying to sell illusions to prolong the aggression after he and his army failed to achieve their goals," the party said.
"Our Palestinian people affirmed their decisive stance by rejecting deportation and displacement, and that there is no emigration and no choice but to remain steadfast on our land."
Steadfast Palestinians in Gaza
The Israeli plot saw the occupation army carry out the bloodiest aggression since WWII, which included the killing of over 21,000 Palestinians, most of whom were children and women, and mass destruction affecting homes, hospitals, schools, and other vital infrastructure necessary for survival.
One of the measures employed by the Israelis was to force residents of northern Gaza to move to the southern part of the Strip, claiming that they would be safer in the south. This propaganda was debunked soon after the occupation army launched a ground offensive in southern Gaza.

Nevertheless, every effort to execute this plan was met with the resilience of the Palestinian people in Gaza. Hundreds of thousands among them steadfastly declined to vacate the northern Strip, opting instead to stay in their homes, even in the face of the catastrophic conditions imposed by the entity and the daily ongoing massacres.
Furthermore, the plot to forcefully displace Palestinians was criticized by "Israel's" main allies, including the United States, and countries that are supposed to "host the refugees," including both Jordan and Egypt.
