In a series of global protests, activists and communities have voiced their condemnation of the Israeli genocide in Gaza amid calls for an immediate ceasefire.

In a striking act of protest, activists from Palestine Action targeted Leonardo's London office, symbolically staining the building to express vehement opposition to the company's complicity in Palestinian suffering.

The group contends that Leonardo is involved in the supply of weaponry for Israeli fighter jets and radar systems used in the current aggression on Gaza.

In Salford, outside the BBC headquarters, a large gathering urged an end to the war in Gaza, with children leading the protest, leaving symbolic items to represent more than 13,000 children killed during the ongoing Israeli aggression.

Manchester Palestine Action aimed to spotlight what they perceive as media underplay of Gaza's suffering.

Similar sentiments were echoed in a sit-in protest at Utrecht train station in the Netherlands and a demonstration in Long Beach, California.

This is happening as the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the latest death toll in the Gaza Strip, which comes as a direct result of the Israeli aggression on the besieged territory, which has entered its 142nd day.

The spokesperson for the Ministry, Ashraf al-Qudra, said that the Israeli occupation committed seven massacres against Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip, killing 86 and injuring 131 others, since the last toll was announced on Saturday.

This has raised the number of martyrs to 29,692 Palestinians, while the number of wounded has risen to 69,879 since the Israeli occupation launched its war on Gaza on October 7, 2023.
