China slams statements alleging Beijing knew about Russian operation as 'false'
China says the US should disclose information about its military biological projects in Ukraine.
China's Defense Ministry pointed out that statements alleging China knew about Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine in advance are false.
Commenting on the US military biological activity in Ukraine, the Chinese Ministry considered that Washington should explain what the goals of their military biological projects are and why there’s no public information about these projects.
Earlier, Russia's Defense Ministry revealed updates on US bioactivities in Ukraine. The Ministry pointed out that US President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, is involved in financing the infamous biolaboratories in Ukraine through his investment fund, Rosemont Seneca.
Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, China has expressed its concerns about the wave of sanctions imposed on Russia by the West.
China's Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that Russia was an important member of the G20 after Washington said it would work to exclude Russia from the international forum.
Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Le Yucheng had also said that Russian citizens were being deprived of their overseas assets "for no reason," calling the sanctions against Russia "outrageous".
“The sanctions against Russia are getting more and more outrageous", he said at a security forum in Beijing.
Speaking out against NATO's eastward expansion, he stated that sanctions only harm ordinary people and worsen the global economy and that the alliance's expansion virtually forced a power like Russia "into a corner."
