According to the Israeli Kan channel, Israeli reserve forces Major General, Yitzhak Brick, criticized the increasing talk about the corrupt organizational culture that has plagued the Israeli occupation army.
Brick considered that the talks about the corrupt organizational culture shed light on underlying red lines, prompting experts and commentators to raise their voices and warn of the seriousness of this phenomenon and its repercussions on the Israeli occupation army's readiness for war.
He pointed out that the numerous warnings issued by officers and experts in the Israeli occupation army go in line with a report documented with evidence and evidence issued by Brick himself, who spent his last 10 years in the occupation army as a commissioner for soldiers' complaints, which allowed him to closely examine the various tactical and structural problems faced by the occupation army.
In his extensive report, Brick concluded that the phenomenon of corrupt organizational culture has come to the top of the list of structural problems, adding that favoritism in the Israeli occupation army has spread, standards have disappeared, monitoring and follow-up no longer exist, and the absence of compliance and discipline has prevailed.
The Israeli security official revealed that there are very harsh criticisms from the so-called "Israeli State Comptroller" and the army and security and military establishment Comptroller, and these criticisms have not been addressed yet.
Brick added that all orders are issued via e-mail and smartphones, therefore, no orders are carried out and no lessons are drawn, rather, all there is are maneuvering and spreading lies.
In a related context, experts believe that the corrupt culture spreading in the Israeli occupation army turns it into a useless army, despite the huge sums of money spent on it.
The experts pointed out that there is a scale to measure the value culture among the leadership of the Israeli occupation army, noting a sharp decline in the view of the Israeli public, as this number declined from 71% to 55% in just one year.

Earlier, Israeli occupation Security Minister Benny Gantz admitted that "Israel is facing many challenges, as the Israeli army has witnessed in recent years a continuous decline in recruitment rates, indicating that it is not only a demographic issue but rather a result of leadership decisions."
