The Israeli occupation has so far murdered 29,313 martyrs and injured 69,333 Palestinians since October 7th, 2023, in its genocidal war on Gaza

In the past 24 hours, "Israel" committed 11 massacres, killing 118 martyrs and 163 injured, with several victims still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as the occupation continues to prevent ambulances and civil defense teams from reaching them.

'Israel' prohibits burial of martyrs in Nasser Medical Hospital

Moreover, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported that eight patients have lost their lives at the Nasser Medical Complex due to a power outage and the suspension of oxygen supply to patients for the past four days. The bodies of these eight martyrs have begun to swell and show signs of decomposition, posing a significant risk to other patients in the facility.

Adding to the distress, the Israeli occupation has refused to allow the burial of the martyrs' bodies, depriving them of the basic human right to an honorable burial. This situation also raises serious concerns about "Israel's" respect for humanitarian principles.

In response to this dire situation, calls are being made to international institutions to exert pressure on the Israeli occupation forces is to facilitate the dignified burial of the eight martyrs and address this alarming violation of human rights and dignity.

Resistance sources to Al Mayadeen: IOF advance in Gaza City stopped

In the southern part of Gaza City, heavy confrontations took place, according to sources in the Palestinian Resistance who spoke to Al Mayadeen on Wednesday.

The sources indicated that the Resistance targeted Israeli occupation tanks with anti-tank weapons, forcing them to halt their advancement at the intersection of al-Dawlah and the outskirts of Street 8.

The sources further mentioned that the occupation forces brought in significant reinforcements to the southern entrance of al-Zaytun neighborhood, especially noting that the IOF have been attempting to advance towards the heart of the neighborhood since yesterday morning.

Furthermore, they clarified that Israeli warplanes are carrying out intense bombardments in al-Zaytun, targeting civilian homes and agricultural lands, resulting in a large number of casualties still under the rubble.
