The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza reported on Thursday that 30,800 Palestinians have been killed and 72,289 wounded by the Israeli occupation as the ongoing genocide hits its 153th day.

The ministry said that "Israel" has committed 9 massacres, killed 83 Palestinians and wounded 142 in the past 24 hours. It added that many Palestinians remain under the rubble while the Israeli military is preventing medical and civil defense teams from reaching bombed sites to rescue them or pull their bodies from beneath the debris.

But Israeli bombs are not the only thing killing besieged Palestinians in Gaza.

Killing by starvation

The spokesperson of the ministry, Ashraf al-Qudra, stated on Wednesday that a 15-year-old Palestinian child in Al-Shifa Hospital and an elderly 72-year-old in Kamal Adwan Hospital were killed from to malnutrition and dehydration, caused by "Israel's" tactic of deliberate starvation in Gaza.

Al-Qudra said that the total number of Palestinians killed by being starved has risen to 20, adding that this reflects the truth behind the level of aid delivered to hospitals.

The United States, Jordan, Egypt, France, and the UAE had announced earlier carrying out several "airdrops" to deliver aid to Gaza.

However the entire operation was deemed a worthless PR stunt as the dropped food supplies do not amount to a fraction needed by the population.

A Resistance source confirmed earlier that the "policy of starvation practiced by the occupation against civilians will not achieve any significant accomplishment, and the battle will continue until the blockade is lifted and aid is allowed into Gaza."
