The Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip is still ongoing for the 267th day, with the occupation continuing its intense bombardment of the al-Shujaiya neighborhood in southeastern Gaza City. This coincides with ongoing confrontations between the Palestinian Resistance and the Israeli occupation forces attempting to penetrate the sector.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported a new wave of civilian displacement from the al-Shujaiya neighborhood amid ongoing Israeli bombardment. The correspondent also mentioned that occupation forces have detained a large number of women, including elderly women.

In turn, the Israeli occupation's shelling has affected other neighborhoods in Gaza City, targeting a house in the city center, and bombarding the al-Zaytoun and al-Daraj neighborhoods with artillery.

Additionally, in the central Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation bombed a house in al-Maghazi and shelled al-Rashid Street near the Wadi Gaza Bridge, west of al-Nuseirat camp, where Israeli occupation drones also opened fire on displaced and war-stricken Palestinians.

In the southern part of the Strip, Al Mayadeen's correspondent confirmed that occupation tanks fired intensively at refugee tents in the al-Mawasi area, northwest of Rafah, where the occupation forces set fire to the refugee tents.
