On day 325 of the Israeli genocide in Gaza, the total number of Palestinians killed since the Israeli onslaught started on October 7 has risen to 40,435, in addition to 93,534 injured, according to Gaza's Health Ministry daily report.

Over the past 24 hours, the Israeli occupation forces committed two massacres across the Gaza Strip, killing 30 Palestinians and injuring 66 others.

While a number of victims were transported to partially functioning hospitals and medical centers, others remain trapped beneath the rubble, with defense and rescue crews unable to reach them.

Israeli genocide ongoing

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the Israeli artillery had struck Khan Younis, adding that two people had been killed in Israeli shelling at the entrance of the Jafarawi neighborhood, southeast of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

One person has been killed by gunfire from a quadcopter drone in Samama Street, the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, as per our correspondent.

Amid the constant threat to their safety, residents of Gaza are also grappling with severe shortages in basic necessities, it added.

Following the Israeli occupation's declaration that the area around the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital is a military zone, patients have been gripped by fear, leading some to evacuate the facility to avoid a potential repeat of past hospital invasions.

Nevertheless, the Ministry of Health has confirmed that the hospital remains operational, with medical staff continuing their critical work. Currently, around 100 patients are still at the hospital, including 7 in intensive care. The Ministry has called for the protection of the hospital, its patients, and its healthcare personnel.

Displacement and evacuation in Deir El Balah. How much more can the Palestinian people in Gaza take? How much more will the world disappoint these civilians? How much more will Israel push and pressure my people? Gazans are in deep crises, alone.

On its part, Gaza's Civil Defense reported that the IOF are forcing Palestinians into slow death by obstructing their access to medical care, stressing that forcible displacement has become a major challenge for residents, many of whom prefer to stay in their homes rather than face the risks of evacuation again.

The Gaza Civil Defense also noted that existing medical facilities are inadequate for meeting the needs of the population and for administering polio vaccines.
