Donald Trump Jr., along with conservative investor Omeed Malik and a select group of partners, is launching an elite, members-only club in Washington, DC, with a membership fee exceeding $500,000, according to Politico. The project, designed to create one of the most exclusive networking spaces in the US capital, targets top-tier business and tech leaders aligned with the Trump administration.
The club, named the Executive Branch, will be located in Georgetown and aims to offer unparalleled access to influential figures in the Trump political circle. Sources familiar with the venture told Politico that the club will serve as a haven for wealthy executives seeking private interactions with administration insiders, away from the scrutiny of traditional media.
Strict referral requirements and high costs are intended to maintain the club’s exclusivity and appeal to Washington's political and business elite.
According to Politico, the club's official unveiling will take place during a private event at the Willard Hotel, aligning with the White House Correspondents’ Dinner weekend.
While the dinner traditionally gathers journalists and government officials, many Trump aides and allies, including Trump Jr., will instead participate in the Executive Branch launch, underscoring their distance from mainstream media events.
President Donald Trump, who had already opted to skip the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, is currently in Rome following the death of Pope Francis. As Politico notes, many within his circle are expected to attend the exclusive events organized by Malik, Trump Jr., and their partners.
A private space for influence and power in Washington
The Executive Branch is poised to become a central hub for Trump administration supporters and their wealthy allies, offering a discreet setting for high-level discussions and networking. The club's founding group includes Omeed Malik, founder of 1789 Capital, Chris Buskirk, Donald Trump Jr., and Zach and Alex Witkoff, sons of Trump envoy Steve Witkoff.
By creating a space shielded from media scrutiny, the club allows members to engage directly with Trump advisors and potential cabinet members. This environment appeals particularly to those seeking influence in future Trump policies or business ventures tied to the administration's priorities, Politico reports.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is reportedly among those planning to attend the Executive Branch events, favoring them over the more publicized correspondents' gathering, according to Politico. The initiative reflects a broader strategy to consolidate power and connections within exclusive, controlled environments, tailored to the Trump movement’s elite supporters.
Spokespeople for Trump Jr., Malik, and other investors have declined to comment on the project. However, insiders told Politico that the Executive Branch aims to redefine elite socializing in Washington, setting a new standard for private political networking in the capital.
