Dozens of Palestinians were martyred or wounded on Saturday as Israeli occupation forces carried out intensified airstrikes overnight across various areas of the Gaza Strip, targeting civilian neighborhoods and aid-seeking gatherings, in the midst of a spiraling famine and severe food insecurity.
A number of civilians were injured after the occupation targeted gatherings near an aid distribution center along the Netzarim corridor in northern Gaza.

Occupation drones open fire on aid seekers
Additionally, Israeli drones opened fire on Palestinians waiting for food assistance near the entrance to al-Bureij refugee camp, critically injuring a number of civilians. The occupation continued to fire live rounds at hungry residents in central Gaza, with casualties arriving at al-Awda Hospital.
So far, four martyrs have been transferred to the hospital with another 90 injured individuals arriving for medical treatment due to Israeli attacks against aid seekers on the Salah al-Din Road in the central Gaza Strip.
In the Nuseirat refugee camp, two people were martyred and others wounded after Israeli airstrikes hit near the Fayad roundabout. Drone-launched bombs also targeted displaced Palestinians along a street, east of Nuseirat.

Airstrike on displacement tent in Khan Younis leaves injuries
In the southern Gaza Strip, occupation aircraft bombed a tent housing displaced civilians in al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis. Israeli military vehicles also opened fire in the Batn al-Samin area south of Khan Younis, leaving additional injuries.
These attacks come as the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza worsens, with critical shortages in food, water, and medical care, and amid repeated Israeli assaults against aid seekers. The targeting of civilian gathering points, particularly where people wait for aid, continues to highlight "Israel's" deliberate policies of starvation and collective punishment.
