Enraged French MP calls for immediate ceasefire in Lebanon
Pierre-Yves Cadalen has expressed grave concern over the heavy toll on innocent civilians, condemning the ongoing Israeli bombings that have caused devastation in Lebanon.
Pierre-Yves Cadalen, a member of the French Parliament, has stepped up calls for a ceasefire in Lebanon, amid concerns that the ongoing Israeli aggression risks seriously destabilizing the region.
He also expressed strong condemnation of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon, stating that many innocent civilians are being killed under bombardment.
"Lebanon is being destroyed, and many innocent people are being killed under the bombs," he gushed.

He emphasized that the voices of the Lebanese people, who are friendly to France, have reached the current parliamentary session.
He reminded the convening session of how the UN Secretary-General, who said he feared that Lebanon would face the same dire fate as Gaza, has been declared persona non grata in "Israel".
"International law must prevail," he asserted.
Furthermore, Cadalen criticized France for failing to uphold its call for a ceasefire, pointing out that more than a thousand victims have been reported in just one week, with a million Lebanese citizens forcibly displaced, some of whom are being forced to sleep on the streets.
He acknowledged that the war is not a war against Hezbollah, as the Israelis claim, but an aggression on the entire Lebanese nation and its people. The rising military tensions with Iran, he warned, threaten to escalate into a full-scale war, a scenario in which France should not be involved.
Cadalen also questioned France’s role in supplying weapons to "Israel", calling the ongoing war on Lebanon unacceptable. He further called for an end to the EU-"Israel" partnership agreement and for France to officially recognize the Palestinian state.
'Israel's' extensive aggression continues, martyrs in Beirut
Israeli occupation forces have relentlessly continued their aggressive campaign against Lebanon for the 11th consecutive day, launching a series of intensive raids on the Southern Suburb and the capital, Beirut, at dawn Thursday.
The aggression resulted in a number of martyrs, injuries, and widespread destruction, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region. According to Lebanese sources, Israeli aircraft and naval vessels executed approximately 20 airstrikes on the Southern Suburb of Beirut during the night.
The raids targeted key strategic locations, including the Sayyed Hadi Highway, the Jamous Street intersection, a building next to Hadi Stadium, and the al-Arid Street building.
Various areas in Haret Hreik were targeted, and so were locations near the Martyr Mahmoud Q'aiq School and the Imam al-Mujtaba Complex in Saint Therese. Moreover, additional strikes were reported opposite the Jamous Street intersection, according to the National News Agency.
Additionally, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in the Southern Suburb reported that "two Israeli airstrikes specifically targeted the Chiah area at dawn."
An Israeli airstrike struck the al-Bashoura area in the heart of Beirut overnight Wednesday, tragically resulting in the killing of seven paramedics and injuring several others affiliated with the Islamic Health Association.
Lebanese sources confirmed that this assault involved the use of internationally banned phosphorus bombs by the occupying forces, raising serious concerns about violations of international humanitarian law.
The association announced this morning that seven of its personnel were killed in the Israeli attack.
