In the past few hours, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the martyrdom of an additional 196 individuals, bringing the total number of martyrs to 18,608 martyrs.
The ministry emphasized that the health situation in the Gaza Strip is catastrophic, with the occupation deliberately undermining health services in the northern part of the region. Consequently, areas there are left without healthcare, the ministry said.
In the southern part of the Gaza Strip, institutions are urging for the provision of medical supplies to hospitals in the area.
The ministry highlighted the spread of infectious diseases and the lack of access to clean water. The number of martyrs is expected to rise as a result of this.
