Member of the Ansar Allah Movement Political Bureau Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti said on Saturday that the security agreement between the UAE and Aden is an "illegal agreement."

Sanaa "will not stand idly watching any escalation resulting from the agreement between the UAE and the Aden government," Al-Bukhaiti confirmed in an interview with Al Mayadeen, noting that it views "any Emirati move as an Israeli move."

"Tel Aviv" is the party that intervened so that the UAE does not withdraw from Yemen, he added, pointing out that "governments derive their legitimacy from within, not from outside appointments."

"Saudi Arabia tried to appease Russia for fear that it would hand over Sanaa balance-breaking weapons," Al-Bukhaiti said, adding that "There is a major change in the positions of Saudi Arabia and the UAE regarding Yemen after their failure to achieve regional goals."

It is worth mentioning that the  Saudi-backed Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council  inked a cooperation deal on Thursday concerning "military, security, and counter-terrorism."
