"Tel Aviv" is the party that intervened so that the UAE does not withdraw from Yemen, he added, pointing out that "governments derive their legitimacy from within, not from outside appointments."
"Saudi Arabia tried to appease Russia for fear that it would hand over Sanaa balance-breaking weapons," al-Bukhaiti said, adding "There is a major change in the positions of Saudi Arabia and the UAE regarding Yemen after their failure to achieve regional goals."
It is worth mentioning that the Saudi-backed Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council inked a cooperation deal on Thursday concerning "military, security, and counter-terrorism."
