Exclusive: Washington sacrificed Ukraine, its people for NATO
Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command Talal Naji says he conveyed to the Russians the sufferings of the Palestinian people.
The Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command, Talal Naji, told Al Mayadeen, during his visit to Moscow with a delegation from the Front, that they discussed the Palestinian file and expressed solidarity with Russia.
Naji added that the delegation "explained to Russian officials the attacks the Palestinian people are subjected to in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa," calling for "bringing the Palestinian reconciliation file back to life."
The Palestinian delegation met with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov, and reaffirmed their solidarity with Russia in the current crisis with Ukraine, saying that "the US administration sacrificed Ukraine and its people to achieve the interests of NATO," stressing that "Tel Aviv" stands against Russia in this war.
For his part, Bogdanov valued the Front's position and expressed his appreciation.
He also expressed the Russian leadership's interest in strengthening and supporting the Palestinian situation, whether in terms of contributing to arranging and strengthening the Palestinian internal situation or in terms of supporting the national rights of the Palestinian people.
