The Government Media Office in Gaza announced the martyrdom of journalist Abdul Karim Odeh, who formerly worked as a freelancer with Al Mayadeen, as a result of the Israeli occupation bombing of the Gaza Strip.
Fellow journalist Abdul Karim Odeh was martyred when Israeli warplanes targeted civilians standing outside a bakery in the Nusseirat camp, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.
Our correspondent noted that Odeh had been forcibly displaced with his family to the central area (Nusseirat Refugee Camp) before his martyrdom.

87 Palestinian journalists killed since October 7
The Government Media Office in Gaza confirmed the martyrdom of Abdul Karim due to the Israeli occupation's shelling of the Gaza Strip, which brings the total number of killed journalists to 87 since the beginning of the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza.
The media office stated, on Tuesday, that "Israel's" targeting of Palestinian journalists is perceived as an effort to distort the Palestinian narrative and conceal the truth.
It is worth noting that the Israeli occupation continues to target correspondents and journalists in both Gaza and Lebanon.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon, Farah Omar, alongside photojournalist Rabih Me'mari and civilian associate Hussien Akil were martyred, on November 21, by an Israeli drone that deliberately targeted them.
