Field sources to Al Mayadeen: Marib fully liberated in next few days
Yemeni field sources have confirmed to Al Mayadeen that the eastern al-Balaq mountain range, which is the last fortress to the southeast of Marib, is liberated.
Field sources told Al Mayadeen that the "Al-Balaq eastern mountain range, which overlooks the Yemeni city of Marib, has been liberated," clarifying that this mountain range is the last fortress to the southeast of Marib.
Sources noted that Hadi and aggression forces are faltering and added that many of these forces are running away from battle and have lost all contact with some of their leaderships who are nowhere to be found.

The sources confirmed to Al Mayadeen that "a few days stand between the complete liberation of Marib by the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees," noting that "the Yemeni military leadership is giving those who haven't yet surrendered a last chance to put their affairs in order."
The Yemeni Armed Forces recently announced on Tuesday the downing of a Saudi-coalition Scan Eagle spy drone in Marib, marking the second drone of this kind to be downed in the area in less than a week, and the eighth to be downed by Yemen's Air Defense Forces since the beginning of the year.
Earlier today, the White House announced that the US administration is strongly opposed to the bill that prohibits the sale of military equipment to Saudi Arabia. Congress has also approved a bill that increased the defense budget to $768 billion, roughly $24 billion more than what US President Joe Biden had asked for.
