According to the correspondent, "the militants' evacuation occurred "in line with the deal made by the Russian negotiator."
The correspondent added that the agreement dictates that after the departure of militants, the Syrian army will enter Daraa al-Balad.
A military source divulged to Al Mayadeen that the exit of the first group was owing to the pressure recently exerted by the Syrian army.
The Syrian army brought in military reinforcements to Daraa Al-Balad last Friday, with the goal of removing militants who reject settlement efforts and seizing their weapons, in order to consolidate security and stability in the southern Syrian province.
