Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that the first 13 Israeli captives released have been tested to be in good health conditions, according to Israeli doctors.

The Schneider Children's Medical Center in "Petah Tikva" was cited as saying it had admitted four released women and four children who were held captive in Gaza and they have been reported to be in good condition.

Hospitals that have received the Israeli captives held by the #Palestinian Resistance said that most of the released captives are in good health.

They are staying in a “dedicated and separate complex surrounded by medical and psycho-social teams," the Hospital added.

The other five captives were admitted to the Wolfson Medical Center in the city of Holon and have also been reported to be in stable condition.

Earlier, Israeli occupation authorities said 14 Israeli captives being held in the Gaza Strip would be released on Saturday in exchange for 42 Palestinian women and children on the second day of a truce deal.

The temporary truce between the Israeli occupation and the Resistance in Gaza came into effect at 7 am yesterday, following an Israeli aggression that has persisted for 47 days, leaving thousands injured and killed.

The truce entails the liberation of a number of imprisoned Palestinian women and minors (under the age of 19) from Israeli occupation jails and the admission of relief aid and fuel in the besieged Gaza Strip in exchange for the release of Israeli women and minors (under the age of 19) being held captive in Gaza.

In the last hours before the truce came into effect, the Israeli occupation launched intense airstrikes against the northern, central, and southern Gaza Strip, targeting schools (that housed displaced individuals), hospitals, and houses, and resulting in dozens of casualties.
