Israeli Channel 13 reported that the operation was carried out at a bus station and left five IOF soldiers and illegal Israeli settlers who were at the scene wounded.
The Israeli broadcaster later confirmed that the driver was wounded by gunfire.
Israeli Channel 12 reported that the operation near Ariha resulted in the injury of two soldiers, noting that the IOF killed the man who carried out the operation.
This comes hours after a Palestinian operation in Al-Khalil resulted in the death of one Israeli and left several injured.
Most recent updates reveal that certain Palestinian factions expect the IOF to carry out targeted assassinations against key figures in the Gaza Strip.
