Five martyrs in Israeli bombing of Bodai in Bekaa Valley
The Israeli occupation conducted a series of raids on several Lebanese villages, including Bodai near Baalbek, resulting in five martyrs as a preliminary toll, and also targeted Jebchit, Kfar Tibnit, al-Khiam, Balat, and al-Naqoura in the south.
On Friday, the Israeli occupation carried out a raid targeting the town of Bodai, west of Baalbek district, which resulted in the death of five martyrs in an incomplete toll, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Bekaa reported.
In southern Lebanon, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the occupation launched attacks on several villages, including Jibsheet, Houla, Shebaa, al-Khiam, Balat, Shaqra, Barashi, Naqoura, and the outskirts of Zrarieh.
Moreover, the towns of Kfar Tibnit, al-Jumaijmeh, Aita al-Shaab, Tibnin, Burj Qalaway, Qaqaiyat al-Jisr, and Zawtar al-Gharbiya were bombed.
Strikes targeted the town of Jebchit, resulting in the martyrdom of four citizens and causing damage to nearby buildings, according to the National News Agency.
Israeli aircraft broke the sound barrier in two waves over the skies of Tyre and its surrounding areas, including Sidon, Rashaya, Western Bekaa, and the Marjayoun district.
This morning, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon reported that the Israeli forces stormed the UNIFIL base in al Labbouneh and vandalized the area.
Our correspondent added that the forces destroyed UNIFIL contents, and energy generators, and fired shots inside the base.
Moreover, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that UNIFIL soldiers in al-Labbouneh base hid in shelters during an Israeli assault.
On Thursday night, the Israeli occupation carried out airstrikes targeting areas in central Beirut, for the third time striking areas outside the scope of Beirut's Southern Suburb.
