Information about millions of Israelis has been publicized, and the data in the cyber world has been described as "pure gold."
Israeli media reported that in the past few weeks, "Israel" was subjected to an unprecedented cyber-attack by a group of hackers dubbed The Flood, akin to Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
The Flood executed a series of smart attacks, leaking data of a number of Israeli companies. The hackers succeeded in infiltrating the database which allowed them to access private info about the companies and their clients.
According to estimates, information about millions of Israelis has been publicized, and the data in the cyber world has been described as "pure gold."
Based on cyber information data in the last two months, there are still more than two thousand signals of various events related to the leaked information. This marks a tenfold increase from routine days.
Cybersecurity company "Check Point," which monitors these types of attacks, confirmed that The Flood group is not alone, and there are approximately ten other groups similar to it.

Hezbollah involved in false alarm activation?
Back in October, Israeli channel Kan TV reported that "Israel" was investigating whether Hezbollah was involved in activating false alarms in the north.
The channel's political analyst said that when warning sirens sounded in the northern areas, reports reached the political and security leadership of the Israeli occupation about a drone attack against "Israel", with alarms sounding throughout Israeli settlements.
He pointed out that the Israeli security establishment is investigating whether there is something beyond a misdiagnosis, such as interference, resulting from cyber warfare by Hezbollah, which led to a lack of clarity for an extended period at that time.
Furthermore, Kan TV's expert indicated that this matter is currently under examination and the Israeli security establishment cannot confirm if this is indeed what happened.
However, she highlighted that in recent days, there has been significant electronic warfare in the northern region, not limited to GPS jamming, and this is also under investigation.
