Foreign ministers of Arab League to meet in Cairo to discuss Palestine
Diplomats will look into political and diplomatic ways for the Arab states and the international community to tackle and de-escalate the situation.
The foreign ministers of the Arab League nations are due to convene on Wednesday in a critical meeting in the Egyptian capital of Cairo to address and discuss the ongoing escalation of the Israeli attacks on Gaza.
As reported by Sputnik, the diplomats will look into political and diplomatic ways that both the Arab states and the international community can tackle and de-escalate the situation.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi already ordered a comprehensive convoy loaded with large amounts of humanitarian aid to be sent to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, as the Israeli aggression intensifies for the fifth consecutive day, Egypt's National Alliance for Civilian and Development Action said in a statement.
The non-profit organization added that the aid convoy includes doctors from various specialties, medicines, and medical equipment.

Israeli warplanes launched three airstrikes on the Rafah crossing - Gaza's only exit point - earlier today, shortly after the occupation entity warned Egypt against attempting to deliver supplies to Gaza. The Egyptian side informed the crews of the crossing on the Palestinian side, stressing it must be evacuated immediately "because of Israeli threats to bomb" it.
Settlers of the Gaza Envelope are pleading for help while trying to take shelter in their settlement apartments amid the ongoing launching of Resistance rockets from Gaza and the successful infiltration into the Envelope settlements.
Resistance fighters, four days later, are still in control of a number of settlements, as well as several Israeli army bases and sites.
