The Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Wednesday it refused to accept the bodies of 88 Palestinian martyrs sent by Israeli forces.

The bodies, transported in a container without any oversight from international or local entities, arrived in Gaza without essential information regarding their identities.

Israeli authorities provided no details on the martyrs' names, ages, genders, or the locations where they were killed and abducted, sparking outrage and concern.

The lack of transparency prompted the Palestinian Ministry of Health to suspend the process of receiving the bodies.

Gaza officials are demanding that "Israel" provide the necessary data so that the martyrs' families can properly identify their loved ones and offer them the respect and dignity they deserve.

The Ministry has also called upon the International Red Cross to step in and ensure that internationally recognized protocols for the transfer of bodies are followed.

Day 355: 41,495 martyrs, 96,006 injured

The situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate as the Israeli regime pursues its genocidal campaign in the Strip.

The latest updates on the death toll have now reached 41,495 and the number of injured to 96,006, as confirmed by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, on the 355th day of the aggression.

Earlier today, Palestinian Resistance groups announced they carried out multiple operations targeting Israeli engineering positions.

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine's (DFLP) National Resistance Brigades released a report from its fighters who have returned from the frontlines in eastern Rafah.

National Resistance Brigades fighters said they were able to detonate an improvised explosive device (IED) into an Israeli Eitan armored fighting vehicle (AFV). The attack took place near the Aamer residential project in eastern Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Hamas' al-Qassam Brigades and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's (PIJ) al-Quds Brigades reported firing heavy-caliber mortar shells at Israeli military engineering sites in the strategic Netzarim Axis.

It is worth noting that the Netzarim Axis extends from the eastern border of the Gaza Strip toward the Mediterranean Sea, cutting through central parts of the Gaza Strip. The axis splits northern areas, including Gaza City, from the rest of the besieged Palestinian territories.
