Gaza launches media campaign to commemorate Al-Quds Day
The Palestinian committee for Al-Quds Day in Gaza City launched a widespread media campaign to commemorate the occasion.
National and Islamic Factions, as well as the resistance forces in the Gaza Strip, affirmed Tuesday that the Axis of Al-Quds is today more coherent and integrated in face of the Israeli occupation forces, as it leads the confrontation with the enemy with all its strength and might, days ahead of Al-Quds Day.
The Palestinian committee for Al-Quds Day organized a seminar on the occasion in Gaza City, which was attended by numerous social media activists.
Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) official Daoud Shehab underlined that the Axis of Resistance was confronting the Israeli occupation on numerous fronts with all its might.
"Every fighter in the axis of resistance realizes that true sovereignty cannot be realized in light of the threat posed by the Israeli occupation to our Arab and Islamic countries," Shehab said.
"Today, we meet in light of this massive rally of activists who resist the occupation on the social media front to kickstart a new stage of confrontation with the Israeli occupation - the front of protecting the [pro-Palestine] narrative," the official in the Palestinian resistance movement said.
The campaign is aimed at protecting the Arab World's awareness and the Palestinian narrative, as well as bolstering the importance of Al-Quds and its standing as a pillar of resistance in the minds of the Arab youth and the upcoming Arab generations. The efforts will crystallize by "ensuring that the numerous peoples of the Arab and Islamic worlds are unified regarding the pivotal, holy cause of working for the liberation of Al-Quds."
The Israeli occupation is violating Syria and Lebanon through its acts of aggression, while its attempts to infiltrate the Arab and Islamic worlds all to the dismay of our people, he added.

Israeli media reported earlier on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation's security establishment is on high alert, deploying additional Iron Dome batteries out of fear of impending rocket and drone attacks on the occasion of Al-Quds Day, commemorated on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan
The Israeli occupation forces on Sunday turned the courtyards of Al-Aqsa mosque into military barracks in a bid to provide protection for the illegal settlers storming the Muslim holy site on the fourth day of Passover.
In light of the ongoing tensions all over occupied Palestine and the region, especially due to last week's incidents when the Israeli occupation was bombed from Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza. The batteries were deployed in various Israeli settlements over the weekend, Israeli Channel 12 News reported.
"Commando fighters were stationed in central Israel to bolster the Israeli police and embolden the sense of security in city centers based on the directions of the minister of security," Channel 12 added.
This comes in light of continuous Israeli raids against Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as the brutalization of Palestinians stationing themselves in the holy site.
Moreover, the security concerns come as Israeli media said the occupation's strategic situation has worsened over the past several months.
According to the Israel Hayom newspaper, the warning was sent in a recent memo to the top brass and the key decision-makers in the Israeli occupation, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Security Minister Yoav Gallant.
"The memo states that Israel's dangerous strategic posture can be attributed to several factors, with the main one being the weakness Israel's enemies have sensed due to the internal chasm over the judicial reform legislation," the newspaper said.
