Gaza Steadfast, will thwart US forced displacement plan: Haniyeh
The head of the Hamas political bureau confirms that the resistance in Gaza has begun writing history and laid the true beginning for the demise of the occupation.
The leader of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, confirmed, "We are facing enormous repercussions of the strategic defeat of the Israeli enemy on October 7, which caused a major earthquake in the heart of its entity.”
He pointed out that "the valiant Resistance in Gaza began writing history and marked the true beginning of the demise of the occupation, whose cowardly army was unable to confront the men of the Resistance, so it resorted to committing massacres."
Haniyeh stressed that the Resistance "is resuming the strategy of liberation and return [of refugees to their lands], despite what the Israeli enemy is doing with the support of the United States and the West."
"There is no displacement from the West Bank or Gaza to Egypt," he added, addressing the Egyptians by saying: "Our decision is to stay, and your decision is our decision. Therefore, we will thwart the US administration's decision, through steadfastness, and Arab, Islamic, and global solidarity with us."
Haniyeh praised the position of the brothers in Egypt, who assert that they are the incubator, on the basis of brotherhood, not on the basis of immigration."

He pointed out that the occupation and its allies in the West "believe that, through their intimidation and psychological warfare, they will push the people of Gaza to displacement and emigration," stressing that "the people of Gaza are rooted in their land, and will not leave no matter what the occupation and its murderous allies do."
"This strategic strike, which was inflicted on the occupation, indicates that the liberation of the land is imminent, and we have only one path, which is to return to our homes and the homes of our fathers," he added.
Haniyeh saluted "our people in Gaza, who stand with blood and fire in the face of the barbaric killing machine," and he also saluted "their marches that took place under bombardment and aircraft" to confirm we are staying in our hometown.
Haniyeh emphasized that the occupation "is trying to distort the image of the Hamas movement," which is based on the Islamic religion and the morals of the Palestinian people, and "which has always stressed that it does not target civilians, young or old."

Haniyeh thanked "the masses of the world, who raised their voices with the Resistance and Gaza and against the Zionist occupation," and called on them to continue and not stop since the occupation killing is ongoing.
Haniyeh continued, "The Resistance recorded a glorious page in the history of our Palestinian people," stressing, "We want this occupation to leave our land, and for us to have a state on the entire Palestinian territory, with al-Quds as its capital."
Haniyeh greeted the people of Gaza and the territories occupied in 1948, the diaspora and the rebellious West Bank, calling on them to continue the revolution and Resistance, "because we are one people and one Resistance."
