US, 'Israel,' Egypt in talks to allow Gazans to leave Palestine: CNN
White House Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby says during a press conference that Palestine, Egypt, and "Israel" were in talks to move Palestinians out of Egypt.
CNN reported on Wednesday, citing a senior Israeli official, that negotiations are underway to allow US citizens and Palestinian civilians to leave the Gaza Strip for Egypt before the Israeli occupation forces carry out a military ground operation.
According to the broadcaster, the proposal suggests that US citizens will have the option to cross through the Rafah border crossing upon presenting a US passport.
Moreover, it is reported that the daily limit for Palestinian civilians departing the Gaza Strip will be capped at 2,000 individuals.
The news was later confirmed by White House Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby during a press conference at the White House.

Kirby further said during the briefing that the Biden administration is in active discussions with Congress about additional funding for "Israel" and Ukraine.
"We are in active conversations with members of Congress about additional funding for Ukraine and for Israel," Kirby said during a press briefing.
On another note, NBC reported on Wednesday, citing US officials, that the White House was getting ready to submit an additional funding request to enhance security support for "Israel", Ukraine, and Taiwan.
The request is also expected to include extra funding to strengthen US border security.

A day after the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood was announced, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said on Sunday that the US would move a carrier strike group, which includes the USS Gerald R. Ford, closer to the area.
Austin stated in the news release that in addition to Navy assets, he has made efforts to strengthen US Air Force F-35, F-15, F-16, and A-10 fighter aircraft squadrons in the area.
On Tuesday, US defense officials revealed their intention to deploy a second aircraft carrier near occupied Palestine in support of the Israeli occupation.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that the move increases the risk that things will escalate in the current situation in Palestine.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan likewise voiced his reaction on Tuesday, warning that the US encroaching its carrier strike group closer to "Israel" would constitute "serious massacres" in Gaza.

Earlier today, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his political rival Benny Gantz on Wednesday decided to form an emergency government.
Opposition leader Yair Lapid has not joined this temporary coalition, although the joint statement mentioned that a place would be "reserved" for him in the war cabinet.
Shortly after, Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movements announced on Wednesday that they had initiated missile attacks directed toward "Tel Aviv."
The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, additionally claimed responsibility for a missile launch directed at the Israeli occupation entity's capital.
