Hamas senior official Sami Abu Zuhri stated in a statement on Sunday that "ending the aggression and halting it is our top priority," adding, "We will not accept any agreements that do not lead to ending the suffering of our people, ensuring their return to their homes, and fully rebuilding all aspects of life."

"The Israeli occupation deludes itself into thinking that by committing more brutal massacres, genocide, ethnic cleansing, and forced displacement, it can achieve its aggressive goals," he continued.

Abu Zuhri confirmed that the Israeli occupation’s crimes against the health system in the Gaza Strip are "systematic war crimes," aimed at destroying all aspects of human life in Gaza and "displacing our people."

He further pointed out that "this war would not have continued to the 415th day without Western support, especially from the United States, through financial aid, weapons, and political and media backing."

He also noted that the Western media, particularly American, has been justifying and covering up the occupation's crimes.

Abu Zuhri mentioned that the US administration has worked to block any action by the Security Council to stop the genocide against the Gaza Strip, accusing the official Arab and Islamic stance on the war against Gaza of being "weak or complacent,", especially in light of the worsening humanitarian crisis in northern Gaza.

He clarified that the Israeli occupation government's escalation of the war on Gaza coincides with "settlement expansion policies across the West Bank and occupied al-Quds," emphasizing that this represents a "clear violation of Palestinian rights."

All areas of the Gaza Strip are currently facing a severe water and food crisis, due to the Israeli occupation forces destroying infrastructure and water desalination plants. The United Nations has warned of the consequences of the hunger crisis afflicting the people of Gaza as the war continues.

Day 415 of Israeli genocide in Gaza: 44,211 killed, 104,567 injured

"Israel" continues its war of genocide against the Gaza Strip, now ongoing for the 415th day, with the Gaza Health Ministry announcing that in 24 hours, the Israeli military committed four massacres, killing  35 and injuring 94 others, with many victims still trapped under rubble or out of reach due to Israeli bombardment.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has killed 44,211 Palestinians and injured 104,567 others, the Ministry confirmed Sunday in its daily report.
