'Hand on trigger, response to change Palestine current map': Iran FM
The Iranian Foreign Minister highlights the strong unity among regional Resistance leaders.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has asserted that the Resistance front is ready to provide a firm and conclusive response when the international community fails to promptly intervene and prevent "Israel" from committing further war crimes.
During a press conference held in Beirut, Iran's senior diplomat extended his condolences to the journalists present for the loss of their fellow reporter at the hands of the Israeli occupation.
Amir-Abdollahian highlighted that leaders within the Resistance movement had assured him of their readiness to react to any aggression from "Tel Aviv", emphasizing that the decision regarding the direction of events, whether it involves an escalation of conflict or a ceasefire, ultimately rests with the Resistance factions.
“The Zionist entity was unable, in an entire week, to achieve anything other than killing Palestinian civilians,” he said.
"The Resistance alone is capable of doing any action and they have the necessary and sufficient capabilities," he added.
The top Iranian diplomat underscored Iran's steadfast support for the Palestinian Resistance in its struggle against the Israeli occupation.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Amir-Abdollahian emphasized that the current state of the regional Resistance enables it to independently provide and manufacture all necessary defense and technological resources.
Iran's Foreign Minister, while emphasizing that diplomatic efforts will continue to halt the Israeli entity's war crimes and end the Gaza Strip blockade, noted that the Zionists are currently facing their most challenging circumstances.
He highlighted the strong unity among regional Resistance leaders, stating that they have meticulously prepared and designed various scenarios, with everyone poised to act. In the event of delays from the international community, the United Nations, and supporters of the warmongering Zionist entity, the response will occur at a time chosen by the Resistance.
Amir-Abdollahian also underscored that the Resistance leaders have indicated that such a response could change the map of occupied Palestine.
This is happening as Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza said there can be no valid death count now as the bodies are currently administered en masse into hospitals, all of whom are civilians.
The latest report estimates that the number of Palestinians killed in the aggression exceeded 2,000, including hundreds of children and women, noting that the occupation is intensifying air and sea strikes on Gaza, which predicts that the numbers are expected to rise massively.
Our correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation demanded that the medical teams at al-Quds Hospital in Tel al-Hawa (southwest of Gaza City) evacuate it in preparation for its bombing, adding that the Israeli aircraft targeted the vicinity of al-Aqsa Martyrs' Hospital in the central Gaza Strip.
In a chilling revelation, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that medical crews have turned to using ice cream freezers to keep the bodies of martyrs in the Strip in light of the unjust siege that encompasses everything.

Furthermore, our correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation has been targeting medical, journalistic, and service teams in Gaza since the start of the aggression. The health authorities in Gaza announced the martyrdom of 15 members of its medical staff, in addition to the destruction of 23 ambulances, rendering them out of service.
Meanwhile, the United Nations said Saturday that after only a week of fierce bombardment by Israeli forces, at least 1,300 buildings in the Gaza Strip have been destroyed,
The UN's humanitarian agency OCHA said "5,540 housing units" in those buildings were destroyed and nearly 3,750 more homes were so badly damaged they were uninhabitable.
