Haniyeh: Al-Quds and Jenin Martyrs Cemented Resistance Formula
The Head of Hamas' Political Bureau says that the Palestinians who were martyred in the West Bank at dawn, Sunday, "cemented the Resistance formula for the post-Seif al-Quds period."
The Head of Hamas Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, said on Sunday that the West Bank has a lot of individuals with high morale, faith, and will of resistance no less than that which they pride themselves on in Gaza, stressing that the blood of the four martyrs will not go in vain and that it was spilled on the path to the liberation of occupied al-Quds and al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Head of the Movement expressed his condolences over the phone to the families of the martyrs Ahmed Zahran, Mahmoud Hmeidan, Zakariya Badwan, and Jenin's Martyr Osama Soboh, who were martyred during armed confrontations with the occupation forces in al-Quds and Jenin, earlier today.
Haniyeh also expressed his pride in these "heroes who broke the hellish bonds" the occupation and its accessories are trying to impose in the West Bank, cementing the resistance's formula for the post-Seif al-Quds period, which the al-Qassam Brigades and Resistance groups in Gaza had enrooted.
He also stressed that the four martyrs, through their sacrifices, maintained that al-Aqsa and al-Quds have guardians to defend them, noting that there are events taking place in succession in the West Bank, be that inside al-Quds or outside, the last of which were the "6 heroes who broke out of prison," the "guardians of the mountain" from Beita's popular resistance, and then this grand moment in which the young men were granted martyrdom after a lifetime of siege and resistance.
The Palestinian Health Ministry had confirmed that Israeli occupation forces killed at least 4 Palestinians while conducting raids in Jenin and Bidu in the West Bank and occupied al-Quds, adding that two Israeli officers were injured during Jenin's confrontations.
Al-Arouri: The blood of the al-Quds and Jenin martyrs will not be in vain
The Vice-Chairman of Hamas' Political Bureau, Saleh al-Arouri, said that the greater reward for the blood of the martyrs who fell will be the liberation of Palestine, al-Quds, and the al-Aqsa Mosque and that every drop of the martyrs' blood will have a price.
He also added that the martyrs fall for all the people and the Islamic nation, and they fight in the latter's stead, promising the people of Palestine that the blood of the martyrs will not be in vain.
PIJ: The freedom-fighters never surrender their legitimate arms in the face of the occupation
A member of the Islamic Jihad Political Bureau, Khaled al-Batsh, confirmed that freedom fighters never surrender their legitimate weapon raised in the face of the occupation, but rather, they continue to carry them aiming directly at their enemy.
Al-Batsh also said, “we are proud of our people who are martyred in the battlefields fighting the enemy, as did our heroes today in occupied al-Quds and Jenin,” stressing that the West Bank after today will no longer be a stranded arena that the enemy can desecrate whenever it feels like doing so.
Moreover, he stressed that the attempts of restoring settlements and negotiations in the area will not succeed, because they do not reflect the nation’s intention, nor its hopes and aspirations for the liberation of Palestine, confirming that those advocating normalization with the enemy will eventually lose.
Al-Batsh addressed the people of Jenin, saying: "We stand by you and our battle against the enemy is but one," noting that "the prisoners' battle flared up anger everywhere."
