The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced on Wednesday the martyrdom of three of its Resistance fighters, who were killed in southern Lebanon while carrying out their "combat duty" as part of the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation.

In a statement, the Brigades identified the martyrs as Mohammed Blawani, "Abu Odai" (29), Ahmad Halawa, "Abu Mohammed" (28), and Mohammed Joud, "Abu Ward" (27).

The Resistance group said that its fighters were members of the Martyr Ali al-Aswad Brigade, Syria branch.

Hezbollah had also said earlier today that members of the group were martyred while carrying out their Resistance duty.

In a statement, the Islamic Resistance announced with "utmost pride and honor" the martyrdom of two of its fighters after they upheld their duty to support the resilient people in occupied Palestine and the brave Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip.

According to Hezbollah, the martyrs are Moustafa Ali Issa "Haidar," and Hassan Mohammed Ismail "Hassan Haidar."

Martyr Moustafa Issa was born in 1988 and is from the town of Dallafe in West Bekaa.
