Hezbollah: Yemeni operation exposed 'Israel's' weakness
Hezbollah has praised the Yemeni armed forces' precision missile attack on the Israeli occupation, calling it a highly significant and effective strike.
Hezbollah lauded the precision missile attack carried out by the Yemeni armed forces against the Israeli occupation entity, describing it as a significant and effective strike.
In a statement, Hezbollah emphasized that the Yemeni attack "exposed the vulnerability and weakness of this temporary entity on all fronts" and was carried out with high accuracy under challenging military conditions, reportedly achieving its objectives.
The statement also praised Yemen's "courageous decision" to retaliate, framing it as a clear reflection of the unified stance of the Resistance Axis, which supports the oppressed Palestinian people and their Resistance, aims to end injustice and suffering, and aims to halt the racist and criminal Israeli aggression, according to the statement.
The big picture
Yemen carried out a top-tier operation which targeted an Israeli military site near Tel Aviv on Sunday morning, in which it used a hypersonic missile to strike the target
Shortly after the operation, the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced that a new hypersonic ballistic missile launched from Yemen successfully struck its military target in Tel Aviv.
Saree reported that the Yemeni Armed Forces executed the operation using the new missile, which traveled approximately 2,040 kilometers and hit its target in Tel Aviv within just 11.5 minutes.
Israeli air defense systems failed to intercept the missile, he affirmed.
Saree highlighted that this operation is part of the fifth phase of Yemen's strategic military efforts, showcasing significant advancements in missile technology. He emphasized that these new technologies are designed to bypass all US-Israeli surface and maritime defensive systems.
He further asserted that Yemen will not be deterred by geographical obstacles or the countermeasures of US and UK forces, reiterating Yemen's commitment to its religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibilities in support of the Palestinian people.
He warned that "Israel" should anticipate more sophisticated strikes and operations as Yemen approaches the first anniversary of the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7, including responses to "Israel's" aggression on Hodeidah and ongoing support for the oppressed Palestinians.
