Hezbollah attacks Israeli assembly points, military sites
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon says it attacked an Israeli assembly point in northern occupied Palestine amid Israeli airstrikes on Southern Lebanon.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon said Saturday its fighters targeted the deployment of Israeli enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the "Birket Risha" military site.
The Resistance fighters also attacked an assembly point of Israeli soldiers at Tayhat hill and Mount Nather, as well as the "Bayad Blida" site.
Israeli media reported that sirens were sounded in the settlements of Dishon, Yiftah, al-Malikiyah, and "Ramot Naftali" in the north.
The Israeli occupation forces reported that an Israeli soldier from an armored formation died after a Resistance operation from the Lebanese side.
An Israeli soldier was killed, and another was severely injured in the Israeli settlement of "Shtula" in northern occupied Palestine due to a barrage of missiles launched by Hezbollah, the Israeli occupation forces admitted on Friday.
The Israeli Rambam hospital in occupied Haifa announced that it had received a soldier who was in critical condition after he was injured in the occupied Palestinian-Lebanese border area.

The Israeli occupation has thus far announced that 13 Israelis have perished on the northern borders since the start of the Resistance's operations on October 8. However, the Resistance's figures indicate that the number is much higher.
The head of the local council in the Upper al-Jalil reported that several buildings were damaged in the "Menara" settlement after the Resistance launched missiles at the location.
Israeli media revealed Thursday that 86 out of 155 housing units were destroyed in the "Menara" settlement alone, as a result of the attacks carried out by Hezbollah.
Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus, the international spokesman for the Israeli occupation military, highlighted that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, has carried out more than 1,000 attacks against "Israel" since October 7, Jonathan Spyer wrote in a report published in The Wall Street Journal.
Spyer mentioned that Hezbollah seeks to maintain a controlled second front to aid its allies in the south, in reference to the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza.
"We see a steady escalation in terms of the range and variety of munitions being launched by Hezbollah at Israel," Conricus told foreign journalists at a briefing in Kibbutz "Rosh Hanikra" in northern occupied Palestine on December 18.
"We can do the same, if we need to, against Hezbollah that we are doing against Hamas in the south. This may be the scenario that we will need to implement," the Israeli spokesperson warned.
Simultaneously, an Al Mayadeen in southern Lebanon reported that a residential home in Kfar Kila was bombed in an Israeli airstrike. No injuries were recorded.
