Hezbollah denies buildings bombed by 'Israel' stored weapons
Hezbollah's Head of Media Relations says "Israel's" systematic destruction of buildings will only strengthen the Lebanese people's determination to support the Resistance.
What happened to Israeli occupation forces in Misgav Am, Maroun al-Ras, and Odaisseh in South Lebanon today "is just the beginning," asserted Hezbollah's Head of Media Relations, Mohammad Afif, highlighting that the number of Israeli casualties in today's battles is very high, "but the enemy is imposing a media blackout."
"The Resistance in Lebanon, its command and control system, and its military capabilities are all intact," Afif underscored on Wednesday in statements to journalists during a tour organized to document some of the aftermaths of the brutal indiscriminate Israeli attacks on residential buildings and media institutions in Beirut's Southern Suburb.
"Our forces and fighters are at the highest level of readiness to confront the Israeli enemy," he made it clear.
The Hezbollah denied Israeli claims about weapons stored in the buildings the occupation forces bombed in the Southern Suburb.
He also described "Israel's" bombing of Al-Sirat TV's headquarters as "terrorism and aggression."
"We are reliving a Lebanese version of Gaza," he said.
Afif underlined that "Israel's" systematic destruction of buildings will only strengthen the Lebanese people's determination to support the Resistance, pointing out that "the enemy's message and objectives are clear; it is a destructive policy aimed at inciting the Resistance's popular base against it."
Elsewhere, the Lebanese official likened the relationship between the Resistance and its people to the connection between blood and veins.

What happened in Misgav Am, Maroun al-Ras, and Odaisseh?
Early on Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah confirmed that its fighters successfully confronted an Israeli infantry force attempting to infiltrate Lebanese territory through the village of Odaisseh from the Khallet al-Mahafer area.
Fierce confrontations ensued, forcing Israeli occupation forces to retreat after suffering casualties, according to the group's statement.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon reported that Hezbollah executed a well-planned ambush against a group of Israeli soldiers who were preparing to infiltrate from Odaisseh and Kfar Kila.
The Islamic Resistance fighters opened fire at the Israeli forces from point-blank range, leading to fierce confrontations, according to our correspondent in South Lebanon.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent noted that the event marks the first real engagement with an Israeli commando unit attempting to breach the Lebanese border.
Additionally, Hezbollah targeted a large Israeli infantry force in the Misgav Am settlement using rocket and artillery fire, dealing precise and direct strikes.
In addition, Hezbollah confirmed that its fighters are engaging with Israeli soldiers who infiltrated Maroun al-Ras from the eastern side, inflicting several casualties among them, adding that confrontations were ongoing.
Israeli media reported that two soldiers were killed during battles on Lebanese territory.
Hezbollah's operations come in parallel with a massive Israeli aggression across Lebanon, especially its South and East, as well as the Southern Suburb of the capital Beirut, where the Lebanese group's Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was assassinated.
According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health's Emergency Response Center, Israeli attacks on Lebanon since last October have killed 1,873 people and wounded 9,134.
