Hezbollah hits Israeli target over 3km away with guided missile
Israeli media point out the significant distance of the military site from the Lebanese border, which was targeted with a guided missile.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah carried out several operations against Israeli military targets and sites on Sunday, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.
The most prominent of the operations was against the "Beit Hillel" base. In this operation, Hezbollah fighters managed to hit an Israeli target inside the base with a guided missile, despite it being over 3km away from the Lebanese border.
On that note, Israeli media admitted 11 were injured in the attack targeting a military vehicle with a guided missile at "Beit Hillel" in Upper al-Jalil.
Our correspondent also pointed out that the sensitive military site hosts an Iron Dome battery system and is located at the end of the runway of the "Kiryat Shmona" airport.

Commenting on the operation, the Israeli Kan channel stated that the operation against "Beit Hillel" site was exceptional due to the settlement's distance from the border with Lebanon.
Hezbollah had previously targeted the "Beit Hillel" military base with Katyusha "Grad" rockets in response to the Israeli targeted killing of Al Mayadeen's crew in South Lebanon last month.
The Israeli strike resulted in the martyrdom of reporter Farah Omar and photojournalist Rabih Me'mari. Lebanese citizen Hussein Akil was collaborating with the crew at the time of the strike, which resulted in his martyrdom as well.
Hezbollah's Sunday operations timeline
Hezbollah announced on Sunday in separate statements that the Resistance party carried out 8 operations against Israeli bases and sites in support of the Palestinian people and their steadfast Resistance.
The renewed attacks, which have been ongoing for three days, come after the Resistance halted operations against Israeli targets during the temporary truce in Gaza that expired on Friday morning.
At 1:10 pm on Sunday, Hezbollah Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli military vehicle at "Beit Hillel" Israeli base with guided missiles, resulting in confirmed casualties among its crew. Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that the targeted vehicle was engulfed in flames.
