Hezbollah lays to rest commanders, fighters killed in Israeli strike
Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek, head of Hezbollah's religious authority, says, "The Resistance Front today is moving toward greater cohesion and presence to confront enemies until achieving victory."
Hezbollah and the supporters of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon held Saturday funerals for several martyrs of the recent Israeli aggression that targeted Beirut’s Southern Suburb, which killed at least 37 people and injured many others, with 16 still reported missing.
The Lebanese Resistance group confirmed the martyrdom of a number of its commanders and fighters following the Israeli aggression on Friday, including top Hezbollah commanders Ibrahim Mohammad Aqil and Ahmad Mahmoud Wehbe.
Following the two terrorist attacks it has carried out in recent days over #Lebanon, the Israeli occupation has struck a residential building al-Qaem neighborhood in the Southern Suburb of #Beirut during rush hour using four missiles.

Funeral processions for the martyrs were held in various regions of Lebanon amid large crowds and chants denouncing "Israel" and the United States, while expressing support for the Resistance in Gaza and occupied Palestine.
In the Ghobeiry area of Beirut's Southern Suburb, Hezbollah held funerals for martyrs Abbas Sami Muslimani, Ahmad Deeb, and Hassan Abdul Sater.
The Islamic Resistance also held the funeral of martyr Hassan Hussein Madi in Meidoun and Commander martyr Ahmad Wehbe in Baalbek, in Lebanon’s Bekaa region. During the ceremony, Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek, head of Hezbollah's religious authority, stressed that "the Resistance Front today is moving toward greater cohesion and presence to confront enemies until achieving victory."

Sheikh Yazbek said sacrifices and deep wounds "will turn into strength and determination to face the enemies of God and humanity."
In South Lebanon, the Resistance held funerals for martyrs Hussein Ali Mohsen Ghandour in Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Mohammad Ahmad Reda in Anqoun, and Jihad Khanafer in Ainatha.
Hezbollah has also called on the masses to attend the funeral of martyred Commander Ibrahim Aqil (Hajj Abdul-Qader) and martyr Mahmoud Yassin Hamad (Fajr). The ceremony is set to begin in Hezbollah's Shura courtyard in Haret Hreik and will proceed to the Rawdat al-Hawraa Zainab cemetery in Beirut’s Southern Suburb on Sunday at 4 pm.
