Hezbollah marks 7th anniversary of Second Liberation: Golden equation
Hezbollah congratulates the Lebanese people on the seventh anniversary of the Second Liberation, affirming that the supporting fronts, which make immense sacrifices for the victory of truth against falsehood and aggression, are more determined than ever to continue on this path.
Hezbollah congratulated the Lebanese people on the seventh anniversary of the Second Liberation, celebrating Lebanon's victory and the triumph of its people, Army, and Resistance over armed takfiri groups and their expulsion from the nation's borders.
In a statement issued on the occasion, Hezbollah extended its congratulations and best wishes to "the noble people of the Bekaa Valley, who sacrificed greatly in the battle of honor and dignity to save the nation from evil, takfir, and discord, and who provided their people and country with security and stability."
Hezbollah viewed the anniversary as an occasion to restore the concept of true national unity in its finest form and to learn the most profound lessons from it in confronting aggression and occupation.
This period saw the blood of martyrs from both southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley intertwined.
The statement read that the battle to liberate the mountain range, fought by the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon and the Lebanese Army in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Army, led to the expulsion of takfiri terrorism, which had "wreaked havoc and threatened Lebanon's security and stability, as well as regional security, in service of the Zionist-American project."
Hezbollah noted that this year’s anniversary coincides with the heroic Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, undertaken by the Palestinian people seeking liberation. The group lamented the lack of support except from the support fronts that are making significant sacrifices in defense of truth against falsehood and aggression.
The Resistance group affirmed that these support fronts are more determined than ever to continue on this path.
The statement concluded by asserting that August 28th of each year "will remain a shining beacon due to the immense sacrifices made by the martyrs of the Resistance, the Lebanese army, the Syrian Arab Army, and the noble people of the Bekaa," emphasizing that it "will remain a lasting chapter in the history of our nation and people.
