The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah responded twice to an Israeli massacre that targeted the southern Lebanese town of Kfar Joz, and conducted a series of operations in support of the Palestinian people on Friday.

An Israeli airstrike on Thursday led to the martyrdom of three people, including a child, in Kfar Joz, the Ministry of Health reported.

Birya barracks attacked

As a result of the aggression, Hezbollah fighters barraged the Birya barracks with salvos of Grad-type rockets. The rocket attack occurred at nearly 1:11 am (local time) early on Friday.

Sirens went off in Birya, the occupied city of Safad, Kerem Ben Zimra, Dalton, Kadita, and Gush Halav.

The Birya barracks are also the Israeli occupation forces' Northern Command's main air defense facility.

Rockets impacted the Birya as the Israeli Iron Dome struggled to contain the incoming barrage. The Resistance's rocket attacks have expanded in depth in recent days, matching the Israeli regime's broadened aggression on Lebanon.

Drones swarm base south of Rosh Pina

Later on Friday afternoon, nearly 12 hours after the initial attack, the Resistance launched yet another attack in response to the massacre, this time utilizing its Unmanned Air Force, which launched swarms of one-way attack drones at the Velon base. The base is located 15.5 km away from the Israeli line of withdrawal from South Lebanon, to the south of Rosh Pina, an area that has come under several attacks in the past days, in line with Hezbollah's matched escalation.

The explosive-laden drones targeted the positions and dwelling areas of Israeli occupation forces in the base, dealing confirmed hits to the intended targets.

According to Hezbollah's Military Media Unit, the Velon base hosts the headquarters of several Israeli battalions serving under the 210th Division, which is responsible for operations in the occupied Golan along the Syrian front, as well as storage facilities.

Hezbollah's fighters set ablaze Israeli vehicle

At 3:00 pm, Hezbollah fighters ambushed an Israeli military intelligence unit at the Birket Rish military site, near the Palestinian-Lebanese border.

The Resistance did not specify the weaponry used in this attack, however, it did say that its fighters monitored the movement of the unit, before attacking it and dealing direct hits to the intended targets.

As a result of the attack, one Israeli military vehicle was set ablaze and several Israeli troops were killed and injured.

In continued support of Palestine

The Islamic Resistance carried on its support campaign for Palestine, as it announced three operations that were executed solely in support of the Palestinian people.

At 12:35 pm, Hezbollah fighters attacked the al-Marj military site with unspecified rocket weapons and only a few minutes later, the Resistance launched an attack on the Zibdine barracks in the Israeli-occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms.

Both attacks health directly hit their intended targets.

At 1:50 pm, Hezbollah's artillery units shelled the Bayyad Blida military site.

More recently, at 6:56 pm, sirens rang in She'ar Yashuv, to the south of the occupied Lebanese town of al-Ghajar.

Hezbollah later announced that at 6:35 pm its fighters attacked the fixed artillery emplacements in the al-Zaoura with rocket weapons.
