Siraj's martyrdom is a model for leadership
Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, affirmed that the martyrdom of the son of the head of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc was representative of the model of leadership among Resistance factions in Lebanon, Palestine, and Iran. This indicates that the sons of the leaders are on the front lines during times of war.
In his speech at the memorial, in Jabaa, South Lebanon, Sheikh Qassem addressed the developments of Operation al-Aqsa Flood and occupied Palestine.
He emphasized that we are in the era of 'Resistance and victories", saying that, "we will not allow the arrogant powers and Israel to define the boundaries and path of our freedom."
He added that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood was a "tremendous and significant act" that deeply altered the Israeli occupation for the worse.
Sheikh Qassem affirmed that Israeli war crimes did accomplish any of the occupation's goals throughout its 50-day aggression on the Gaza Strip, stressing that the steadfastness of the formidable Palestinian people thwarted the occupation's hopes of turning the public against their Resistance.
Regarding the truce in Gaza, Qassem emphasized that the resilience of the Resistance in Gaza led to a prisoner exchange deal, stating that "Israel" reluctantly agreed to the truce on the Resistance's terms.
Qassem said, "We want the complete independence of our country and the full liberation of our land until the last inch."
Hezbollah has been actively supporting the Palestinian people in their plight against the Israeli occupation since October 8, one day after the breakout "Israel's" indiscriminate aggression on the Gaza Strip.
